Rivian probably could have done something similar for the Trimotor and dual max by dropping the price for both (say ~$5k) and raise the lower models more (~$1K on Dual large). Also I still say Rivian needs to introduce stripped down "Pro" model based on the standard R1T with a single motor around $60K for 2026.

The pack sizes in ABRP track with the need for lower cost, and track with range estimates provided previously. 300 miles of range from a 95 kWh pack is 3.2 mi/kWh. It is definitely a reasonable EPA efficiency number for the size and shape of the R2. Yeah, sounds about right with those numbers.
