Most 4" of spring under lift require a 4 degree correction. If you lifted your jeep 2.5" you "may" not need to do a thing. The shims are placed under your spring perches, above your springs with the fat end of the shim facing the front of your jeep. So facing your front driver's side tire, the fat end is to your left.

'17 Jeep Grand Cherokee Auto Stop Start Issue
The exhaust valve in cylinder 8 were sticking on start up for about 4 minutes generating misfires. Created a check engine light. I had two options - either try a cleaning solution or replace the engine head. I replaced the engine head. Jeep ran fine for another 40,000 miles until I sold it for a 2021 WK2 Grand Cherokee.

Raise the hood, stand in front of jeep, bank 1, cyl 1,3,5 on the left, bank 2 on the right. Bank 2 cyl 2,4,6 are under the intake. On the o2 sensors sensor 1 is before the cat, sensor 2 after the cats. Your codes indicate 1 of two things, the sensor or it's wires are damaged or unplugged or the harness wires are damaged going on forward.

But, I was using a load distributing and sway controlling hitch setup. I've towed with full size trucks as well and the Gladiator feels just like the Ram 1500, Ford F-150, etc. with a trailer behind it. Very similar experience. You will want trailer brakes. The Curt Echo is nice because there is nothing to wire up to the Jeep.
